7-Day Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return or size replacement for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging with all brand tags and accessories intact.

2. Category Specific Return Rules

• Fashion & Apparel: 15-day free size exchange and return.
• Electronics & Gadgets: 7-day replacement for manufacturing defects, followed by brand warranty.
• Home & Kitchen: 7-day replacement if damaged or defective.
• Beauty & Personal Care: Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons; instant replacement if delivered damaged or broken.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Simply visit your My Orders page, select the order, and click “Request Return/Replacement”, or message our support team on WhatsApp with your Order ID.

4. Refund Timelines

Once our courier partner inspects and picks up the return item, refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours to your original payment method (UPI / Bank Account / Card).
